I placed an order on Oct 5. When I didn't get it by the 13th, I called and was told it was just slow service from the postal service. Actually the order was not mailed until the 16th and was delivered to the wrong address on the 17th. When I called on 10/20 I was told I couldn't get either a refund or another shipment for 10 days, I couldn't believe it! What kind of refund policy is that? Each time I called to check on the status of my order, I spoke with someone who made it obviously that they could care less. I waited a full 2 weeks and was told I would receive a credit thata day. A week later they changed their tune & denied me a credit since the P.O. said it was delivered. Maybe it was, but not to
me! However, Vitidigest does not care--I'm expected to kiss off the $61. WHAT A POLICY! When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she isn't in the building and the call could not be transferred. What bull! How convenient a way to not have to deal with unhappy customers. I will take every opportunity to tell my friends who order on-line to
avoid VitaDigest. Oh, by the way, they supposedly open at 8:30 a.m. There was no one there to answer the phone until after 10.
