Website says quick shipping. Order placed on Monday morning still did not go out on thursday. They sent a phoney fed-ex email stating it was shipped when it was not. When called, the clerk paniced then lied and said it just went out. Emails were sent my me complaining and asking for owner info so even though they lied and said it was sent, assistant Amy sent a nasty email cancelling my order that was supposedly shipped. It takes a good hour to place this $250 order and then a week of waiting. They did this once before where it was almost 2 weeks while the order sat there meanwhile there fake fed-ex emails indicate it was shipped.
Many months ago, after 10 days and no return phone calls I had to place an order elsewhere and then refuse their shippment.
There web page prides themselves as the fastest shippers but they are mean and lazy and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. If there was a legitimate excuse, a simpley apology and express shipping would satisfy most customers. If this order was in fact cancelled, I am proceeding with the BBB....Nasty people are in charge there!!!(My order are always above$200 and is paid immediately at the time it is placed) Order# 456423 zip 11930
