I received my order today. I was happy to see that it was exactly the product I ordered in the size that I ordered. I am happy to say that the product is exactly the same as the product that was on the Champion Nutrition web site but your price was considerably lower. I like the fact that you did not try to substitute a cheaper quality product for the product that I actually ordered. I was impressed with the fact that you kept in touch and actually wanted the opinion (good or bad) from your customer and quickly requested that I give an opinion as soon as the product arrived. I have been putting off starting a regiment of protein supplements (though I should have been taking them) because of the cost involved with the product I needed to use. I am happy to say that I can now begin the regiment and start feeling better each day and improve may overall health and well being.
My only suggestion is that speed of delivery be increased. I paid approximately 6 dollars for shipping, which was reasonable, but it took almost a week to get the product, which was a little too long. I could upgrade to faster shipping but then there would have been no cost savings over going with the other company that offered free shipping with my amount ordered.
