Shipping charges outrageous! $11 product, shipping and handling $14! Tried reaching customer services minutes after confirmation, (2 different email addresses) no response even yet! Good product selection, very prompt delivery, horrible shipping charges, NO customer service!

I have never ordered through the internet before ordering from Vitadigest. The order was filled and sent out so quickly, it was here before I knew it. Wow, take about speedy delivery.

The product was advertised as one price from the selection page and when you hit "add to cart" it goes on the order at a higher price. They did not have the item in stock and said it would be in and shipped the coming friday....that was a month ago. still have not seen the products or heard from them.

I ordered the StriVectin in the morning and then looked around their website later in the day and submitted another order. I called customer service to ask if they could ship together and it was not a problem. The did not charge me shipping for the second product and had both products to me in a couple of days.
