I ordered a Blood Pressure product, to be delivered Next Day Air. When I called to check on the status I was told they tried to call me and that the product was back ordered and wouldn't be available till sometime in the next week. I cancelled the order, I wanted it the next day so that my Dad could take it for almost a week before he went to his medical doctor appointment for a checkup. His blood pressure had been high and we wanted to see if this product would bring it down.

The price was competitive but not a 'bargain' when compared against other merchants. The ordering was easy and the merchanidise easily found. It arrived within a reasonable time. I've had similar experiences with other online merchants that were no better or worse than this experience.

I first ordered some Tribulus pills and made my order. I later found that the website also sold ZMA, which I was also looking for. They sold it at a fairly good price so I decided to combine my order. I called in to add the ZMA to my order, which was very easy. The customer service representative that I talked to noticed that the shipping option I picked was not the ideal choice and he saved me a couple of dollars on my shipping, which was very appreciated. I plan on ordering from this site when I run out of my current supply of supplements.

I was told that shipping to Canada was not likely and they chose NOT to AFTER they confirmed and took out the funds from my visa .... i have written to them to ensure the funds were NOT taken out or to reverse it if they have and asked for a confirmation on the issue, I have yet to hear of a reply
