Overall I would say this was a very good online shopping experience, I would definitely do business with them again. I ordered 7 different items so I immediately (upon arrival) did an inventory and everything was in there as expected, so fortunately the order was accurate. The quality of items was exactly as expected. Prices were very competitive. My order was shipped two days after it was placed and package arrived 6 days after that (however two of those days were July 4th and Sunday) so since the postal service is closed those days that means it actually only took 4 days actual shipping time. The only thing that bothered me about this transaction was that an hour after placing my order I called them to see if I could change something and was hastily told NO because quote "my order had already gone to the warehouse" which she said meant that it would ship out either that same day or the next, however, I noted via the tracking information that the order did not even ship out until two business days later so that left me feeling that she just didn't want to mess with it. Other than that one thing I would definitely shop here again only next time I'll be very sure of everything I want before placing my order.
