Terrible Customer Service Under-staffed call center

Vitamin Shoppe overcharged my debit card by over two hundred dollars. I have been waiting a week and it's still not fixed. Every time I call to speak to customer service it takes at least 30 min on hold if your lucky to talk to a customer service rep. A few times I waited on hold over 45 minutes and was hung up on. When I did speak to a rep they were sympathetic about the problem and told me their accounting department had to contact my bank. I was told I would get a call back in ten minutes but I ended having to wait on hold for over an hour when they hadn't contacted me 3 hrs later. When I did finally speak to somebody again they informed me that the accountant had to wait on hold too long to speak to somebody at the bank so they would have to do it in a few days. Can you imagine! The company didn't offer any type of discount for the inconvenience. Oh, and my previous order came with a broken bottle. When I called for a replacement they would only ship normal shipping and wouldn't rush the order. I will NEVER purchase from vitamin shoppe again!! Buyers Beware!
