No confirmation of my order has yet been received. It is now August 12th and the order was placed July 28th. I sent follow-up e-mails and they have not been responded to. So, I called your customer service line and spoke with Erica on Friday. She was not able to help as she did not have the tools or information to help. She did not indicate a willingness to help me and was not customer service oriented. She indicated because it was a large order, you were waiting confirmation from my bank and you were nervous because it is an international order (going to Canada) and the order size is large. I work for my bank. When I asked what this meant, she could not provide any further details. She indicated someone would call me on Monday. I placed a large order because your site indicated free delivery, but the fine print said not in Canada. So, I wanted to leverage the shipping charge as much as possible. I would have preferred a smaller dollar order and free shipping. Your site indicated you would fulfill my order in a day. This was great, as I was running out of my own greens. I have now had to go to purchase more and did run out waiting for you. I am still waiting and it is now more than 2 weeks. I know that sometimes inadvertently customers receive repeated poor service, no matter how hard you try. I am wondering if I am one of those 'select' customers.

I have had a great deal of trouble in the past, once with wrong thing sent-and waiting forever to get the right one. The recent problem which has been fixed had to do with not being able to order on line. I would have to call on phone. Finally one answerer understood and straightened things out so now I am able to order online.

I did not receive a notice of mailing after a week and I called and they said they held up the order as one item was on backorder and it should have released after a week and someone missed it. The clerk then released the order and I received it okay except for the backordered item. I asked why I wasn't notified of the delay, he said he didn't know. I should have been emailed so I would not have had to call and the order should have been released and wasn't. They took care of it when I called and were very helpful. I will continue to use this merchant as I like their products.

There was an apparent one day delay by UPS. I am disappointed that it takes so many days to pick the order and get it shipped. Vitamin Shoppe used to ship the next day, but they don't seem to be able to do that anymore. The good discount prices, though, still make it a good shopping experience.

I was very happy that the product was delivered on time to my sister. I just wish they hadn't put in the inventory packaging slip with the prices on it. This was bought as a gift and I didn't want my sister to know what I paid for it. She was upset with the price I paid. If it has to have a packing slip can one be put in without prices on it? Especially when they see the shipping address is different from the billing address.
