If you want feedback that is accurate, it takes time and a small effort on our part. Shopping.com takes this product and in turn enriches itself with a virtually "free" resource by reselling its service. Yes, customers do eventually benefit with a better shopping experience, but it would a more valuable and realistic result if you offered some sort of benefit for those of us who take the time to participate.

I have NEVER had any problems with my on-line orders. Though I could shop at other vendors, I would not switch because Vitamin Shoppe has ALWAYS provided me the best in service. Even letting me know if an item has to be back ordered and always keeping me informed on my order.

Products not in stock take too long to get. If another retailer offered the same product in shorter time I would probably buy it from them. I called the company directly yesterday and am able to get the product within a week. So, I am not sure why the month long delay with your company. I would like a response to this question if at all possible. Thanks.

Overcharged my account, even after a phone call telling me of what my total would be. Web site had different pricing when adding the shopping cart. Products advertised were different when checking out.

For some reason, this merchant's shipping & order processsing has become slower and slower. We have always gotten the items that were in stock with only a few exceptions that were on backorder. These were generally shipped as soon as they came in. The prior order was so slow the backorder came in before the regular order. We had paid for expedited shipping, but did not get it & are not sure if the extra charges were taken off the total. The current order was held for some unknown reason and took almost three weeks to arrive. Now we order at least 1/2 month prior to needing the vitamins & supplements. Our doctor recommends certain items and we have found everything in one place here. However, if this continues, we will be forced to look for another shoppe that carries all the various products we order.

I contacted the company, and asked that cornstarch packing peanuts not be used to pack my order. I am severely allergic to all corn, cornstarch, and to the sulfites that are also used in cornstarch. The company told me that it would be shipped without the cornstarch packing material. When my order arrived, I thought it would be safe for me to open the package, which I did, inside the house. The shipping container was full of cornstarch packing peanuts, which triggered a severe allergic reaction. I closed the package up and took it outside, for my husband to deal with when he came home from work. He had to unpack the order and wash the cornstarch off of the products, outside the house. The weather is very cold in our area, and he was not happy about having to get his hands wet, to wash the items, when it's so cold outside. I really like other things about shopping with the company, and I hate to take my business somewhere else. But, my severe allergies to corn and sulfites must be taken seriously by the company, or I won't be able to shop there anymore. I do recommend the Vitamin Shoppe to anyone who doesn't have the misfortune of being allergic to their darn cornstarch packing peanuts. Hopefully, I will be able to resolve the problem I had, and continue to shop there during the winter months.

their on line check out frequently charges for free shipping and omits the indicated discounts. The company itself is excellent quality merchandise and very accessible to get technical information about the products, etc. Only a little annoyance at the frequency of on line check out problems.
