I shopped around before I chose to purchase my piece of furniture from Warehouse Direct. They had the best price. Placing the order online was seamless. I received the product one or two weeks before I expected it, which was a pleasant surprise. The emails to me telling me it had shipped were helpful, as I tracked my shipment on UPS.com. Unfortunately, the product arrived in a box that was not packaged well - the tape was broken and the box just fell open, to reveal a damaged product. I called customer service the very next day, which was a great experience: A real person answered the phone after just a few rings and she was able to help me, then transferred me to someone who could help me further. Both women were very pleasant, helpful, and non-defensive about the damaged product. They immediately placed an order for a new one to be shipped even before I returned the first one. I still have the first one as I haven't received a "number" to write on the box to ship it back. But I should be receiving my new furniture tomorrow (1 week from the first one). Overall, if this product is not damaged, I will absolutely do business with Warehouse Direct again!!!!
