Whole Latte Love is a "First Classs" professional organization that sells "First Class" products and has cusotmer service personnel that give excellant advice. I have been dealing with Whole Latte Love for many years now and have told many others about their service.

The merchant matched the low price from another website, but apparently decided not to include the special free items that were listed on my shopping cart at checkout... Very bad idea if they want to keep their customers...

I was having a little trouble brewing the first cups of coffee. I called customer service and spoke with Kathy. She knew exactly what to tell me to do, and she was very pleasant. My experience with the company has been excellent.

Whole Latte Love has been excellent to work with. The machine arrived on time in good shape. However, it leaked badly. Tech support took the complaint over the phone and made arrangements to send the machine back for replacement. I'm disappointed that Gaggia would let such an obvious problem slip through, but WLL is making it right.

Horrible company. Sent machine to them for service after they would not give any information to local repair facility. (Said "how do you expect us to make any money if we give other repair places information") So sent the unit 3000 miles to them.   Read full review...

The web site and sale process was easy to understand and effective. I believe the shortcoming of the "sale" process was that the merchant didn't indicate to me that the product was on back order. I only learned about the back order in an email they sent to me after the fact. I expect to receive the product this next week which is acceptable to me. JD

I ordered a pannarello wand for my espresso machine and I waited for almost 2 weeks but not receiving anything.  I tried contacting their customer service a few times, but each time I am getting different answers about the shipment date and they do not have any tracking number.  It should not take more than 3 days to ship from NY to OH.  I was told they would not re-send the item unless it's past 30 days.  I am sorry that I didn't read the reviews on this web site earlier.  I am considering dispute the charge with my credit card company and I would never do business with this Whole Latte Love ever again.

It was wonderful to be able to purchase factory refurbished super automatic espresso machine at essentially half price, with full warranty! I couldn't distinguish it from a factory fresh model at twice the rice. Very happy with it.

Only when my "Durgol express" arrived did I discover it was not intended for espresso machines. What I needed was "Durgol swiss espresso". I think the web site could have been clearer about what "durgol express" was for, but the real problem was they wouldn't take the stuff back, and it was expensive. I'm unlikely to buy at Whole Latte Love again.
