When I first tried to place an order via computer, the website would accept only 15 digits of a charge card so I was unable to make the order. I then via e-mail requested a catalog so I could order but the next day I tried the e-form again and this time it accepted all 16 digits of the charge card and I was able to complete the order without using a catalog. The merchandise arrived several days before the "requested" date.

This is my second time of buying from Windy City. I decorate for a band called Twisted Gold once a month. I know I will be buying from Windy City often. I am really pleased in how fast the items get here... next day is fast. I have had all kind of problems puchasing from other companys. Thank you!

The picture of the back scratchers on the internet were different than what I received. The picture on the internet has a massage ball at the end of the handle. The back scratchers I received does not have that ball at the end.

Windy City is GREAT they always have the product that I need I used to be an ORIENTAL TRADING customer but found that they are not REPEAT customer friendly (after you order and pay then they send an e-mail for free shipping or a discount.) At least at Windy City it is all up front. Great company and although I never speak to anyone I know there has to be great employees that give me trouble free shopping online Please tell them all they are doing a great job and I appreciate them and the work they do.

Great place to do business with. They had the largest variety and the cheapest prices, not quite sure how they do both. The quality was great and everything arrived when they told me they would.
