The only problem I have with the purchase is the strong odor, possibly from the plastic package. I'm trying to air them out and have a week to do it. Other than that, the flowers are just as described. If you know of a way to get rid of the odor, please let me know. Thank you.

Very pleasant.....fast delivery times, wasn't worried at all about receiving my merchandise on time. Was called right away when there was something unclear with my order. The way the ice cubes are packaged/sold is misleading in the description on the site. They are described as being packaged 2 dozen per package. I needed four dozen, so I entered 2 in quantity (2 dozen per package x 2 = 4 dozen - right?) Now I'm short, and have no time to get the rest of them, much less having to pay another $20 in shipping which I wouldh't be having to do if they had been included in my original order in the first place. When we called to question it, we were simply told that everyone in the Novelty industry knows that this is how the ice cubes are packaged/priced. Well, I guess we are at a disadvantage because we DO NOT work in the Novelty industry. This was for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party next weekend and she is disappointed that we will not have enough ice cubes for all of her friends. I may do business with Windy City again, but will be very cautious.

I ordered this on Thursday and received my personalized banner on Tuesday which I thought was great turn around time. It looks good and my 10 year old will be very pleased. The only complaint is that shipping is a little high. Thank you for your promptness and good quality merchandise.

Very good experience. Products were in good condition and what I expected them to be. Package actually arrived a day before expected delivery date. On delivery, box was crushed and broken at bottom but the contents were intact.
