Once I got started, things were fine...........I had trouble at the beginning selecting the type of glass that I was giving as a gift. I could not find the exact glass I was looking for but after several attempts I did locate it.

I was a little annoyed at the ad with the $25.00 gift cert. for purchases over $100.00- I did spend over 100.00 but the glasses did not qualify me to receive the gift cert.- I guess I picked the one item that did not qualify? This just did not seem fair!

I had ordered my items gift wrapped. They came not wrapped. I called and was told they would take off the cost of the gift wrapping and I said "no, I want my gifts wrapped". They had the first package picked up in 3 days and the new gifts that were wrapped arrived a couple days after that. Excellent customer service!! I am very pleased! Thank you!Lynette Evans

I was told item was on back order but have had no contact from The Wine Enthusiast since ordering.

One of the items I ordered was on back-order and had not yet been received. The other wine decanter stopper is too small for the wine decanter and will need to be exchanged. It does not sit high enough in the decanter neck when in place. It would be helpful if the item description included a recommended diameter for both the stopper and the decanter. For example, the 2" stopper can be used it the top of the decanter measures 2 1/2" (for illustration purposes only.).

I was very pleased with the service and the shipping. I originally did not give a good review in the first survey because the product had a footnote that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to ship, which I assumed had to do with the containers being under preassure and therefore requiring special shipping procedures. Still I thought that a 6 to 8 week wait was too long. However, I received the product withing a week, which was a pleasant surprise. I feel that shopping with the Wine Enthsiast is one of the best on the internet.
