I was concerned about ordering from them after reading all the negative reviews, however, the Nitro Forza buggy came in time and there was no problems, maybe its because we didn't order a helicopter. I called them to confirm my order. Had to wait about 10 minutes to talk to a live person.

Order toy from Wonderhobby almost a year ago, unit was defective, sent e-mails and called customer service many times. Still haven't heard from them to return unit.

I read the all the reviews only after I placed an order and feared the worst. However, my experience with them was quite pleasant. No hold on my order and fast shipping.

Bad experience. Should have read the reviews first. Just the same story: My order got on hold and when I contacted them they replied that the item is out of stock and the order has been canceled! But on their site the item, the 1:16 Scale Tiger tank, is still listed as available till now. I wonder if they are just 'fishing' for our e-mail/snail mail addresses and credit card information. I won't shop with them until I see some positive reviews from other customers. Until then...

Like everyone else I ordered an RC boat on Dec 12th. It didn't arrive. I called got the same voice mail box full.
I wrote an e-mail and still no response. I called my bank, at least no charge was made to my account yet so I put a stop payment in place. I checked out the Better Business Bureau there was a complaint lodged through them and wonderhobby failed to respond to them!!!! I WOULD NOT BUY FROM WONDERHOBBY AGAIN!!!!! |

be cautious with this company also i tried nitroplanes.com and have the same run around they wanted me to fax a photo id and a copy of my credit card, both sides, this didn t seem right. after checking around i found that raidentech.com may also be linked to these too. i think i ll stick to holding the plane in hand before i buy

I wish I would've read these reviews before making my purchase. I'm in the same boat everyone else is with my purchase being on hold and no explanation. I've called and heard the mail box full message and had no response to email. I even paid an extra $40 for two day delivery.

Had ordered product for christmas three weeks in advance. After two weeks I had checked the status of the order online and it stated the order was on hold. Wonder hobby had neglected to contact me and let me know there was an issue with the order. The worst part is I cannot contact them via phone or email. The phone # listed on the site sends you to a voice mail that is full, so you can't even leave a message. I am beginning to wonder if this is some type of scam. Do not order from these folks. Bad news.

same deal here. except, i can't seem to find anybody to tell me i've been hosed. nice on-line store. no real problems. if you don't mind kissing your money goodbye to the electronic void. i got their e-mail saying they took my money, congratulations. went to check status of order, ON HOLD! NO NOTIFICATION e-mail, no phone call, no returning my e-mails or phone calls(or even answering the phone at all)! I would suggest that the customer service suxz, but then it would have to exist.. wouldn't it.

Overall, I was very dissatisfied. I ordered a r/c airplane for my husband for Christmas. I got an order confirmation, but when I did not receive my package in several days, I tracked my order. It was only then that I discovered that my package was on hold, but there was no further explanation. When I called for more information, I got a call center, whose customer service representative barely spoke English. I found out that the plane I ordered was out of stock and they were NOT planning on notifying me. Remember, this was a gift for Christmas, and I was told after much prying, that they would not be getting in the plane until after the first of the year! Their customer service skills are sorely lacking to say the least.
