This is the WORST on-line shopping experience I have had, bar none. I placed my order for a pair of Bogs boots thinking I was getting a deal with their low price and free shipping. I was so excited. After giving my credit card information address, and receiving a confirmation email, I waited around but I heard NOTHING. They had said it would be 7-14 days. After 3 weeks, with no cheery "we have shipped" notice, I tried to contact them. Ha. Ha ha ha. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. Their "Live Chat" is a farce. Sending tickets is a farce. No one gets back to you. These people are charlatans. I sat in front of my computer waiting as lame stupid message after lame stupid message popped up, saying that someone would be with me soon. NO one came. They are all dead at the other end of the Live Chat line. Needless to say it is nearly a week later, I have changed the status of the order from medium priority to critical and no response. And you know what? You can't even find them to cancel the damn order. So I canceled my credit card instead. I will say this. They appear not to have charged the card yet, but I am not waiting around in limbo to find out what was going to happen. Nor am I prepared to wait around to drown in the next heavy rain storm hoping and wishing for a pair of boots that isn't going to materialize. I am completely disgusted. And after reading the other reviews on the place I feel like a complete fool. So here's my recommendation. Stay clear of these losers. The Working Person Store is really working over the working person. I hope they suffer.
