I was shopping for some Dickies work shirts for my employees, I own a small business, and I have shopped with the Working Persons store before so I know they have good prices, they don't always have everything in stock but if I need something fast I call and they'll tell me if its available, so I was looking on their website and decided to place my order....when I encountered a problem! My order would not go through, the page just kept loading and wouldn't process so feeling a little bit frustrated I gave their customer service a call. I got through fairly quickly and they explained there was a short term issue with their website, they fixed it while I was on the phone, so they asked if I would prefer to order over the phone and so I went with that, and whilst they placed the order for me they spotted a mistake I had made! I had meant to order dark navy in the shirts but had selected black by mistake which was a relief as there is nothing worse than getting the wrong product and then having to mess around with exchanges, and then after that when I told them how many I was ordering, only 22, they suggested that I talk to their business to business team to get a discount, this was a surprise as I thought that my order was way too small to get money off, apparently not. Now the discount wasn't a lot but saving anything is welcome especially when you figure I am not paying tax or shipping either!
Basically what started out as a small problem ended up saving me money and time so I couldn't be happier and even though they didn't have all the shirts in stock straight away (I was ordering 22 in the same size and color) I still got them in 2 weeks and I will definitely be placing future orders with them.
