I have not received my merchandise or any notification that it has been sent yet. I have ordered several times before and it usually takes about 2-3 weeks to get your order.

website was easy to navigate, product selection was good, prices very good. only problem was when i checked the status of my order, it indicated that it was filled but there was no shipment information. i had to email the merchant to find out what happened to the boots. i had a response very quickly and the boots were shipped out that day.

Of the items that I received ( work boots and 1 shirt), I would have to say that I received those items and a timely manner. They nothified me that the other two shirts are on back order by the company that makes them until approx. the 29th of June.

I had ordered 5 items, 4 were on backorder, was told I had to wait 2 weeks for my order to be completed. I cancelled the order by phone and had ro wait 20 minutes for a rep to take my call. I will not use this merchant again.

If they had gotten the merchandise to me in the time they said they would, someone would have been here to receive it. But as it stands now there will be no-one here to receivce the merchandise, and it is most likely it will be stollen from our front porch. Because UPS will just drop the product there and leave it. And because I work out of town and will not be able to make it to a warehouse from which they may have it now, there is no way that I will ever do business with them or your site again. I do hope that I get lucky and find the merchandise here a week from now when I return home, but I doubt that this will be the case. Thanks to the store from which the purchase was made and with the help of you, I will no doubt lose out on the money that was used to purchase and ship the merchandise.

In the past I've hqad good experiences with this store, but this time was not good. They had all kinds of items listed available and on sale, but several days after placing my order I started getting e-mails saying this item was sold out, then another item not avaiable....yet I went on their website, and it still showed the exact item and size as still avaialbe and taking orders. I'm upset that they left things on their website for so long after they were no longer available.

I have purchased from this company about three for four times before. And I always get a good price on quality clothing. The free shipping is an excellent option. The order arrived in two separate packages on different days. Just personal preference here, but I do like everything at one time in one box. I don't care if extra time is required.

I am still waiting on part of the items. My biggest complaint is that they offered free shipping but their website defaulted to shipping with a $9 charge. I tried to get them to fix it but they would not. They offered me a coupon for my next time to shop there.

My items were on back order for a short time; but, when they came into Working Person's Store, they were shipped right away. Also, Working Person's Store upgraded the method of delivery to UPS at no additional charge. I will shop here again.

Questions 2 and 3 are questions that I answered based on the answers given, however, I have not received my product, because 2 of the overalls are on backorder and will be available for delivery on 5/25/07. I was contacted via email rgarding the back order and was requested to contact the merchant via landline phone. I placed my call and customer service was very knowledgable. The young lady even offered a better shipping program due to the back order. Way to go Working Person's...you bet your last bottom dollar, I will order products from this merchant in the (near) future. Thank you Working Person's.

I received an e-mail from Working Person's Store indicating that the items I ordered had been discontinued & would not be restocked. I was able to find similar shirts at "Sheplers.com" & bought from Sheplers (at a better price than advertised by Working Person's Store).
