Sent me the wrong shirt. I sent them an email and never heard back from them.

I was disappointed that the items were backordered. That seems to be happening more frequently with a lot of my on-line ordering. This merchant is not only merchant with this problem.

I didn't have any problem with fill out the form to get the merchantand didn't have trouble getting it trough the mail. In a month or two i will order some more boot but a different type of boot from you

A week ago I emailed customer service regarding a few shirts from my order that seemed to have "fallen off the radar". My inquiry as thus far gone unanswered.

The ease in ordering was excellent. The price and shipping costs were on point. However, why should it take almost one week to determine you were out of stock on the merchandise I ordered? That is unacceptable.

It was not until April 15th that I was notified the items were not in stock. The website should have been up to date with inventory information or at least communicated to me with more anticipation. These items were needed for an expo convention and we have been left scrambling at the last minute to try and find suitable replacements. Very disappointed.

My order was for six shirts. I received one shirt. The other shirts are on back order. I hope the shirts will arrive soon. If that is the case I would have not shipped the one shirt. I would shipped all six together and notified me. I have received emails giving information about my order.I will order six more shirts very soon.

Had not received the item after seven (7) days. I sent an e-mail, and that is when I was notified that they had run out; but, would be shipping on April 26. Why did they wait to contact me? I'll see what kind of item I'll be sent.

At present, I have not received my order.Placed order on 3/21/7. Received email on 4/6/7 stating manufacturer delay. If order is received in near future with no further delays, I would have no problems using them again.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I have since returned to the website and made another purchase of hiking boots. The shipping was free, which is always a plus, and the prices were right on target with what I was hoping to pay. The customer service department is also very well organized and professional, and were able to help me with my purchase. The merchandise was received when promised and in excellent condition as well.

I orderd pants paid for next day deliver was not notified that the item was on back order for at least 3 to 6 weeks. It took 2hrs to reach them by phone, they never answered my emails. I eventully cancelled my order and order from another company. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered on-line, recieved shipments in 3 different packages which showed committment to me on store's part to deliver as quickly as possible. However, it does increase their expenses so they may want to look at combining shipments when they are not going to be shipped but a day or two apart.

if an item is back ordered the customer needs to be notified. If it is to be an extended wait, and the customer must contact the store to find that the item has been backordered, the shipping needs to be upgraded to the fastest possiable shipping method.

The only problem I had, Was when I sent an email asking a question about the Aquaseal. The website had described this product being avaliable in either a dauber or a spray. But when you tried to order it, you couldn't select which one you wanted. I had to send two emails before I got a response. They explained that they were sorry for the error on the website, and siad it was avaliable in the dauber only. Other than that, I had a good experiance. Fast shipping too.
