I needed the wardian case I ordered for a delicate plant. Originally it showed about a week delay to ship the item due to being "oversold. It has been three weeks, and now the availability has been changed to three or four weeks additional delay. I needed the item when I ordered it, but was willing to wait a week or so to get it, not 2 months !

Best price online, free shipping and free Christmas tree storage bag was very much appreciated. Shipping was quick and well tracked. Only flaw was the condition of the items upon arrival. Actual items were fine, but original packaging was ruined completely.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Charged me for a product they never shipped. I called several times and spoke to many customer dis-service representatives. All agreed to refund my charges. But no one did. Finally I talked with a manager. He said that since I had ordered the product (a planter) with no specific timetable for delivery of the planter, Yardiac was allowed to deliver it whenever they wanted and he refused to reverse the charge. I got my credit card bill and disputed the charge. Thank god for ability to dispute credit card purchases. It took 3 months, but I got my charge reversed.

HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE....i bought a filter from the website and have yet to received the item. Yardic charged me right away. I called and called! when i got ahold of "A person", they stated that the filter is on "Back order", and that the item is going to ship next MONTH! I then waited till the next month and repeated the process of calling and calling till a real person picked up the phone. The person gave me the same response! After 2 months of waiting for Yardiac to get the item so that they can ship it to me. I have had ENOUGH!...NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!

There was no indication of a back order, no notification that they no longer had enough items in stock to ship. Only by my calling and email was I notified of the problem with an estimated ship date of 10/2 for items ordered 9/3. I was unable to do any tracking of the order; the reason I emailed and called. Their policy is to charge credit card when item is ordered, therefore I have received my credit card biil but have not received the items.

On August 3, 2009 I ordered two WS-1025CEL outdoor window thermometers. Three weeks later I had received nothing and no word from your company. I called and talked with a Jeff who said he would upgrade without charge and something would go out the next day. Today is August 28th and I have received nothing. If the charge shows up on my credit card bill I will refuse to pay it. This is more than unacceptable. I have never been so upset with a company.

One of the styles of my products was out of stock and I received a call from cust. service asking if I would be interested in a larger number of planters in the other style. I agreed but then only received a small part of the order. Until I called, 10 days later, I received neither the products nor a phone call regarding the order balance. Because of the very late arrival, I won't use the planters until next year. Follow up calls need to be made beyond trying to sell something else.

It's been a month since I ordered 2 trellises. My credit card was debited immediately after placing the order. I recently sent an email asking for an update and got an automated response saying an answer would be forthcoming in "5 to 7 business days". That's unacceptable! I ended up calling and was told they would have to check with the warehouse and then send an email. The estimated ship date has now come and gone, so that means another phone call. I place a lot of orders over the internet and this is the first time I've had the misfortune of dealing with such an unprofessional company. 9/1/09 Update: I was just informed that my order was on back order. Why couldn't they have told me that two months ago? Meanwhile, they have been holding onto $70 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. 9/26/09 Update: My order did not ship as promised--again. I canceled it. Yardiac credited my card a week later, although they kept 70 cents. I assume that is what they pay to process credit cards. Thank heavens I can put this behind me. DO NOT ORDER FROM YARDIAC!

They didn't say how long the item would take to arrive, only that I would "receive an email when the item moved quickly through their system". That was three weeks ago! They didn't offer a tracking number in order to view the progress of the shipment. I'm not happy about having to take the time to contact them regarding the progress of my order.

I have ordered the planters on July 2nd and I have received and email confirming that the order is going to be shipped...(see below)
Your Yardiac.com order is being processed by our New Jersey warehouse and will be shipping via UPS within the next 48-72 hours.
Then nothing happened so I called and I was told that Yardiac has to get these from Lechuza and they will shipp it on 30th of July. After then they will ship it from Yardiac warehouse.
IT WILL TAKE MORE THEN A MONTH TO GET THE PLANTERS... YARDIAC SHOULD MENTION THIS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE... THEY ARE MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS...

I still have not received my order. Two weeks after placing it, I contacted them to find out why I had not heard anything. They told me my order was backordered from the factory. If they did not find out until that time that it was backordered, then why did they not place the order sooner and find out sooner about the backorder. If they knew earlier, why did they not tell me earlier, without me needing to contact them first. They should have told me before I ordered anything that items would require backorder.

I purchaced the umbrella on 6/22/09 I was told it was going to be shipped on 7-01 . when I went on line it stated it was going to be shipped on the 10th when I call Lea who was very helpful call the warehouse to find out about my order stated the umbrellas have not arrived but you aready charge my credit card for product I do not know when I will get. I had to cancel my order due to shipping taking over two weeks. Order placed on June 16th. When following up two weeks later (but not all business days as a rep pointed out), I was told the item was in stock but not yet shipped. After another 4 "business days" I was advised by a phone call I had to place yet again, the order would not be shipped till the following week. Taking your shipping process an unacceptable amount of time. The plants I bought thinking the planters would be here, just died in the flat with not sufficient soil. I was more than unhappy. When requesting to cancel order, not one rep tried to even get the order to me ASAP to keep the sale. When I asked the question why was the item in stock but not being shipped there didn't seem to be a answer for that question. No one wants a season item a month after purchase. The entire experience was very disappointing. Simply planters shipped to a friend of mine within 5 days with no extra shipping being paid for. I assumed I would have a similar experience which did not happen.

I ordered the outdoor portable sink on 6/5/09. The ordering process was fine and I got a confirmation email as well as another email that said that the order is being processed and will be shipped within 48-72 hours. That is the last I heard from the company. It was a Father's Day gift and once it got closer to Father's Day, I sent an email to as what the status was. I received an automatic email that said someone would address if for me. After a few days, no one did. I finally called and the customer service rep checked the order and said that they weren't able to get it in, so they would give me a refund. She said that they were in the process of calling people, but that seemed like a convenient thing to say. I would have appreciated a quick response from my email at the least. The best thing would have been another email saying that the item was on backorder and have that sent weekenly. Then I could have decided if I wanted to wait for it or not. Thank you for reading this.
