The online store was easy to use, but the promises on the web page are a joke.
The representative said she does not have time to review all the orders, especially the large ones. You would think that the large orders got reviewed. Here is the quote from her email
"We have several orders a day and I currently process all the orders myself. I try to check mistakes on orders, but sometimes (especially on larger orders like this) a few mistakes still go through"
I order over one thousand dollars worth of blinds and no one reviewed the order. Out of eleven blinds 2 had a wand instead of a cord and this slipped through their review (ha ha). When discussed with customer service they were quick to place blame and told me I should have read the email confirming the order. My mistake, and that is nice of them to point it out. Her email response was
"We also sent an order confirmation via email to you as soon as the order was placed so you could review it. It's not just our responsibility, but yours as well, to check the order that you placed."
Their guarantee is also a joke. 100% satisfaction only means they will correct the error and charge you for the fix until you are happy. Happy with the product, not paying for the correction. They offered to correct the wand at a price of $100.00 for me. I would have been content splitting the cost since I believe the mistake was partially mine for not reviewing the order. I did however measure 11 windows with no errors.
Good Luck, I would go to lowes or home depot, I believe their customer service is much better.

This web site is not secure, when I was sent to the payment processing, the site said it was secure, but the prefix https was not listed in front of the web address.
