First time ordering something like this online - home decor usually needs to be seen before I can make a decision. Had not seen the blinds, but the company provides free swatches. Spoke to a customer service rep who was very helpful, suggested three swatches, which were mailed quickly - received in four days. Decided on the best replacement vanes to order, went online and placed the order - very easy to navigate. Received confirmation of order and information about processing and shipping times. Received an update from the company about the status of my order - Hunter Douglas was backordered, but shipping in a few days. Received blinds the following Monday. Well-packaged and protected - none were broken, and they even included a couple of extras. The replacement blinds were the perfect size - the information on the website states very clearly how to order them so they'll be correct.
I would definitely buy from them again, and would gladly recommend this company to my friends and family. I only needed to replace my vertical blind vanes - just the slats, not the hardware. I found a fantastic selection at YourBlinds.com - good quality and great value. I saved a lot of money by not having to replace the entire system.
