The call center in Cedar Rapids was closed because of flooding which I understand. However one of the reps from the company I spoke to told me that didn't affect the shipping of the order, just the ability to check on status of shipping. I ordered on 6/24 so that it would be here in time for my son to have it for his room after I married. It is now 7/14 and I cancelled the order last week. I understand problems beyond anyone's control, but they should have stated they were having problems and that there could be a huge delay BEFORE I ordered. The flooding in Iowa had already occurred when I placed my order, so you can't tell me they weren't having this problem already.

As of yet I have not recieved my product. When I check the tracking option they gave me, it says it has not yet been shipped, to call customer service or email them. I have sent 3 emails with no response and have repeatedly tried to call, but the customer service number has had a message saying, due to emergency, they are not taking calls. I finally got through to someone yesterday who said she didn't know when my order would be shipped and she would contact me in a week. This company is extremely unprofessional, and I am now nervous that I will never recieve my order.

i am very dissapointed with my experience...my order came in 4 shipments so far...2 of which were wrong items that i had to return...i have not received one item and cannot find out where it is..i will be calling customer service tomorrow to look into this...honestly, i am VERY concerned that the items that i returned are not going to be credited to my account due to allthe mistakes so far...i recieved the wroing pictures and was so fed up with this place that i returned them and did not reorder the correct ones..when i called customer service 2 times when i recievd the wrong items i was told that there was nothihng that they could do for me and if i wanted to have these items i would have to re purchase them...here i am payiungtwice for an iotem when i was not the one that made the pmistake...i was very dissapointed with customer service...and as i said..i have paid twice for items and i am seriously concerned that i will not get credited the items that i returned...fell free to contact me at 410-803-8435 to discuss further

I had no problems, except the quality of the comforter. I did send the comforter back because it had very little filling. It was very thin and I don't believe it would have held up to very much use. Sorry, but I think everything else will be okay, though I haven't put them up yet.

We purchased the flower chair for our daughter for a specific event. The item showed that it was in stock but showed an arrival date almost 4 weeks out from purchase (there was no option to pay more for rush/expedidted shipping). I clicked the correspondence link and inquired about the delay and got a quick response that my order had been processed, but still had no idea if that meant the chair was going to be here in time. It did arrive, and was perfect, so we are pleased, but would recommend a better tracking system.

Good overall. Quality of product not exactly as anticipated (thought the designs on quilt were more embroidered style from picture provided on the website)...However the quality was good overall and I appreciated the complete descriptions of products. The inclusion of the cleaning instructions is very helpful when attempting to obtain a kid-friendly product.

What a horrible experience! I hope no one has to go through this. They claim that you can check on status of an order but when you try nothing comes up and then god forbid you attempt to contact customer service directly you are told they can't see the status and will have to call the warehouse and that will take 2 business days. Who ever heard of such a thing! They were rude and uncooperative and they when I wanted to cancel the order because I didn't want to wait, they told me that would take 2 business days. When I even tried to talk to a "supervisor" I got a rude, insensitive agent who wouldn't even listen to my complaints. Please DO NOT use this company...you will be sorry you did! Don't read the good reviews...I guarantee that the company has someone write those to save the reputation.

It has been a nightmare. I was not notified that the product was backordered until 2 & 1/2 weeks after the order was placed. I was going to be giving this as a Christmas gift but since I was notified so late that I would not going to be receiving the order as expected it was to late to shop else where. I still have not received my order, I am told it will ship on 12/22..

I like the furniture, and when I did have to call customer service, they were very helpful. The drawback for me is that I could not tell by the web picture how the furniture would work together, the headboard/bookcase and bed. It turns out it was too big for the room, and we had to pay half the cost of the item to return it on top of the shipping we already paid to receive it. That makes the overall purchase not worth it in my opinion.

I have been looking on-line for a corner desk unit for my daughter's bedroom, within my budget, and I am very pleased with my purchace at Your Kids Direct. Ordering on-line was user friendly, assembly directions were easy to follow,product was in satisfactory condition, and received prompt delivery. Buy now pay later was VERY misleading. Website NEEDS to specify DEBIT card holders will be screwed royaly with there accounts if they try to use that option!!!!! Plus my checking account is now OVERDRAWN $600!!!!! Plus overdraft fees!! Customer support when you call them are RUDE to you! I was told on first order all would work out then on second order after 1st was cancelled got WORSE!! Will never shop here EVER!! Plus found a better deal at Kohls anyway and they were nice!
