When is my item going to ship? What is the use of paying for a service you don't get?

Best feature is the free fast shipping via Fedex, my items have usually arrived within 2-3 days and order was accurate.
I returned several items recently - A cpu cooler that didn't fit and a defective MSI motherboard. It's too early to tell how well RMA's are handled, but my "Processing Return" status has been active on their website for nearly a week :(

ZipZoomFly.com is the best online PC and electronic component website I have ever seen. I have been ordering parts through their site for many years now, and I won't go anywhere else. I have never been shipped the wrong item. I have never even had to call their service lines for support, although, I'm sure they're probably good on the phone as well. Nothing has ever shown up broken, and their return policy is amazing. Once I had to return some memory that didn't operate with one of my PC's. I simply sent the item back in the same packaging that it was shipped in, and I wasn't even charged a re-stocking fee! Of course, I ended up ordering more memory anyway. Even before they changed their name from "Googlegear", they were the best around. I can't even begin to think of how many people I have referred to their website, and those people are all now hooked too! They have the best prices, and 2 day free shipping on just about everything. They've got my business for life!

About half an hour after placing my order, I found a better deal and attempted to cancel it. Well, besides having to wait on hold for about 40 minutes to get to speak to a ZipZoomFly rep, the advice on how to rectify the situation, given by the rep, led to a one major headache and a loss of about $20. Now the ZipZoomFly customer service won't even admit ever talking with me regarding my order - I'm in the process of filing an official complaint with the BBB. If you must buy from this merchant, make sure you document everything and keep copies of all the paperwork/correspondence.

The delivery is prompt and swift. I had ordered over $4 thousand dollars in equipment already from this store and the prices, customer service and overall experience has been excellent! I placed an order after the cust. service rep told me that my order was going to ship the same day. Then I got a verification problem email the next day. I called my bank to make sure that my business address was listed as an "alternate address". Then I called them back and the woman that took the call was very rude. She started questioning why I didn't know the cross street where my business is located. I did tell her that I believed it was XXX but that I could check online. I have no reason to know the cross street since I never use it. First she told me that she can’t complete my order. Then she told me that my order wasn't necessary going to be shipped today. She was really rude. She basically implied that I was a con man. If she had any doubts, she could have called my bank instead of being rude to me. When I told her that I wanted to cancel my order, she didn't even care. I'd never shop with them again.

Shoppers Beware! Of all of the merchants I have ever shopped with on line, I have never encountered such a poor customer service set up- or shall I say lack therof. I ordered a camera in December from this store that I never received. After I received a delivery confirmation from FedEx and still no package, I followed up to find out that they were going do an investigation that could take 4-6 weeks (so much for the x-mas gift I ordered!). I have not heard from them since & their customer service phone line is rarely answered by a person. I have left 9 messages- and still no return phone call. I did happen to catch somebody one time who told me to call back after lunch (customer service!). When I did, of course I got the voice mail. I am not being billed from my credit company for this item ($850!!) and apparently the cannot resolve the dispute either. ZipZoomFly seems like a scam & Billmelater has offered me no consumer protection from problems like this.

I recently placed my first order w/ Zip Zoom Fly for two gigs of ram and 2 day express shipping. I quickly received an e-mail saying the order had been shipped and my credit card was billed.
A week later, three unreturned calls from customer service, and a three day wait for an answer from two e-mails, I finally got to speak to someone.
The ram had not been in stock when I shipped my order but it was due in soon and would be shipped ASAP.
I don't mind that it wasn't in-stock when I placed the order, but it's rediculous that it took me that much effort to find out where the shipment was and when I would get it.
This was my first and last order with them, it's just not worth the hassle.

I ordered computer equipment from zipzoomfly. They charged my credit card and packed my items, but never shipped them. They won't return my phone calls or emails. They don't have real people answer their phones--you must leave message for a callback, which they never do. I will file fraud charges against the company for ripping me off. Don't ever use them.

I have dealt with Zip Zoom Fly before and they perform excellently with items in stock and super low (or free) shipping their name does fit the company really well. The site is super easy to navigate and the search works really well. I like the option for PayPal at checkout as I feel it makes things more secure. Every order I have ever placed with them has been fill correctly and shipped with a tracking number and an estimated time of delivery. It was very easy to track my package from the time I placed the order until it arrived at my door. I find that I am now checking with Zip Zoom Fly first before I even search any of the shopping sites. Most of the time Zip Zoom Fly has the best price when you figure in shipping and all the rest. I build computers as a hobby and I always know that I can find everything I need at a reasonable price at Zip Zoom Fly. I have saved so much money by doing business with them that I can afford to build new systems much more often.

Beware of this seller. This has to be the WORST internet shopping experience that I have had and I have been shopping rather extensively on-line for the past 7 years. Fist it takes forever for them to verify the order, second I have payed extra for the shipping and it did not make any difference what so ever, and lastly the order they shipped they authorized fedex to leave it at the front door which as it proves is not very smart since somebody have taken it before I got home. Now REACHING THEIR “CUSTOMER SERVICE” HAS BEEN HEADACHE BECAUSE I HAVE LEFT ABOUT 3 MESSAGES EACH DAY SO WHEN I ADD IT UP THAT IS 9 MESSAGES OR MORE AND GUESS WHAT NO ONE RETURNED THE CALL. On a lighter note for them to process the claim it takes about are you ready? FIVE WEEKS AT LEAST. Once again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND IF YOU DO YOU BETTER PRAY THAT EVERYTHING IS OK.
