I ordered several computer components, there selection is good, the site is easy to use. My package arrived a week late, one of the items was on back order. All in all, good but late by a week.

the web site was ok but it said that it would be a 1 to 2 day prosing it has been two days and the order is packed and ready to go at noon and it is just sitting their the customer support person is very confused to what 2 days mean and told me that it probably would not leave till the third day so if I understand all this right it is a two day prosing and one day sitting on the warehouse floor to be shipped that sounds like someone should change their web site to say 3 days shipping

My transaction at Zipzoomfly was wonderful. Everything came quickly and cheaper than the competition. I did, however, get a defective video card. Zipzoomfly's customer support responded my problem quickly and without much fuss, though it would have been nice had they shipped my replacement item FedEx 2nd Day Air like they do most parts. I'm just being picky now, but overall I'm a satisfied customer and will order from them again.

This is the 2nd time of a bad experience with this merchant. Upon ordering the site said its in stock. After three days having heard anything I wondered and called them with the result that the item is suddenly backordered. Congratulations, you just messed up my trip schedule. At least they were fast deducting the money while they performed miserably in customer satisfaction. Don't rely on them, it can be sadly disappointing. Should have gotten a Dell!

Best price, best customer service, best accuracy, best everything! I somehow didn't put my e-mail address in right, and the online system wouldn't accept my order. So I e-mailed them (didn't want to pay long distance), and asked them to call me, and they called me back the same day! I was able to make my order over the phone, and received it in exactly 1 week. No problems with anything.

Company has no 800 number for customer service, you get to spend your own money while YOU wait on hold for a phone that is never actually answered by a real live person and every time gets transfered to voice mail. Neither the email's nor the voice mails get returned at all. I started to read the customer feed back and I began to notice that it all seems very fake except for the few which describe my experience exactly and accuse them of pumping their reviews. I can't agree more, you get the great prices because it seems that the company doesn't really hold much stock and simply places your order with the manufacturer. So the two day shipping is deceiving as are the customer reviews.

Companies like this should be shut down and places that allow these companies to falsely review themselves should be avoided.

The only thing that i guess went wrong was that they made my mailing address my billing and my billing my mailing, lucky my mom lives in the same house. Overall zipzoomfly.com is a great site, this is because they had free shipping and low prices.

I just placed an order at ZipZoomfly on 7/20/05. Not even a day later, it's already being shipped out via free FedEx 2 Day. This is really quick service! I will definitely be recommending ZipZoomfly to everyone I talk to.

Not happy. Not amused. Not shopping here again. Order took a full 24hrs to process shipping was slow and merchant could not provide any status information other than "packed" when I called them. Product arrived DoA and customer service was less than helpful. In order to get a new video card in a reasonable amount of time I was forced to purchase another card which they raised the price on and then send back the old card supposedly for a full refund.... I'm still waiting for the refund. I will not be buying anything from them again. mom and pop's style online shops have been more efficient and easier to deal with. The price may look nice but the service or lack of it more accurately is the reason why. Spend the extra 5-10 bucks and go somewhere reputable.
