I am waiting for the dress, I received the boys pants and sweater but the sweater is the wrong size (my fault) and is sold out in the size I need. I have to return the sweater which I will do soon but I cannot find an appropriate comparable sweater which is in stock. The pj's are in route now and expected to deliver this week. I would like to be able to send another survey when I receive the pj's and dress. The dress is due to ship on the 30th of Nov. Thank you.
Tracking does not tell much except to show the date it left the plant.

Two issues:
1. Shipping - the item (costume) was in stock and failed to ship; I had to call a week after ordering it then Customer Service had to get involved to get the in stock item to ship.
2. Quality - the policeman costume was missing most of the nine accessories advertized in the catalog. Called in again and was told that they would ship the accessories for me to have them within a few days; that was a week ago...still have an incomplete costume.
Additionally, I was told that not all of the accessories would be shipped since my child is three years old. My issue is that I bought a costume advertized to have "9 pieces" on purpose; other retailers did not offer the complete set, so I paid a PREMIUM for this COMPLETE costume. And, Chasing Fireflies failed to honor their own sales material!
I would have expected much more!

SHIPPING IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW - I ORDERED SOMETHING ON SEPTEMBER 28TH AND CALLED ON OCTOBER 5TH TO CHECK THE STATUS - IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET AND MY DAUGHTER'S PARTY WAS ON THE 10TH. I BEGGED THEM TO EXPIDITE THE SHIPPING, WHICH THEY DID AT THEIR OWN COST, WHICH WAS LOVELY, BUT IN THIS DAY AND AGE, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR FAILING TO EVEN PACKAGE UP SOMETHING TO BE SHIPPED IN A WEEK AND A HALF - ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING $38 FOR A t-SHIRT WHICH WAS OF THIN AND POOR QUALITY FABRIC. The order is extremely late. We still haven't received it. Tracked it online and it was mailed a week ago. We ordered it 2 weeks ago. The web site said it was in stock and would go out quickly. There's no reason for it to take a week to get mailed and then another 10 days to arrive.
