Of the 5 costumes I tried to order 3 of them were sold out. I am still waiting for one that should have been in already. I get better service ordering the $20 costumes from other stores than ordering $100 costumes from you.

have received 3 different delivery dates so far - not shipped as of yet. some items on back-order - not told of this when placing order. these are halloween costumes for my grandchildren - a costume place SHOULD have costumes!!! very disappointed so far - will see when the items arrive (hopefully in time).

This store has FABULOUS items but their shipping time and transit methods are very slow and very expensive. It took 8 days before the items left the wharehouse and another 6 days to arrive. Their shipping prices are very high compared to most. The only reason I continue to order is because their taste and quality of items is impeccable and beyond compare.

Very disappointed. Goods were to ship in 1-2 business days as per my order confirmation. Ordered on 9/19. Still have not received them. Today is Oct. 4. I paid $12 for shipping. What a joke. The costumes were overpriced, customer service was slow (long wait for an agent). I hope I get the costumes before Halloween!

My overall experience was positive. I wasn't happy to learn my order was on backorder and would be a late shipment. The only reason I found out it was on back order was because I called the company. However, their customer service department was very helpful and the communication process improved. I would order from Chasing Fireflies in the future.

The cust. service rep. i spoke with was very nice, but was unable to tell me when & why my order was canceled. I never received any notification. We were able to re-order 2 of the costumes, but my son's Batman costume is out of stock.

My e-mail requesting more information about an item was never answered. The descriptions of the items for sale often did not include the color of the item. The quality of the clothes I purchased is excellent and were shipped in a timely manner, however customer service and more descriptions of items should be improved.

I would like to see my shopping cart the next day, or even the next week. Really do not like having it emptied, takes too much time to find everything again. I just move on to the other stores that do have my shopping cart as I left it. And something I notice has been started is the ability to enlarge the photos. Great!! Need that!! Also, would like to know label names, gives a good idea to the quality of the garment.

I am always satisfied with the website, customer service and products offered. I appreciate their unique selection of clothing and gift items, especially their selection of products made in the USA. However, I am very dissatisified with the shipping costs, particularly with my recent order of 2 children's t-shirts which didn't even weigh half a pound. I paid almost $13 for shipping! I find that absurd and it almost made me change my mind and choose not to place the order. I will consider the shipping prices seriously when deciding if I want to purchase from this company in the future.

I received no confirmation of my order so I wasn't sure whether they received it or not. I was just about to call them to check on it when i postponed that and ended up receiving the items I ordered the next day. I ordered something a few months ago as a gift and never received e-mail confirmation either and haven't talked to the recipient yet so don't know if they ever received the gift or not. Don't even know if chasing fireflies even received my on-line order. That's the only complaint I have about them otherwise their merchandise is excellent. Other places I've ordered from on-line send me e-mail confirmations of my order. Chasing fireflies is the only company I've dealt with that doesn't send e-mail confirmations.

The dress purchased runs very small and it was not stated in the product description. I gave it as a gift to my niece and they had to bring the dress back to my home. Now it's sitting in a box here and I have to return it. Only, the box did not have a receipt in it!!!! I have my online computer receipt, but that's all. I am hoping that the return policy will be OK. The dress, on sale, cost about $83. It was supposed to be her Christmas dress.

It's the second bathingsuit from y'all and I've been happy of both. One was (4) a little big. She wears everything in a 4, but I needed a 3 instead. Is that normal for swim wear? she'll just wear it next year. I love the clothes and would definately order merchandise again? Are you based in Austin, TX? Do you have a shop? my family lives there and thought they could go there! Did not receive rebate!
