We ordered a Copystar copier from Direct Source Copiers and they were wonderful. They had all the information I needed to make a qualified and informed decision. It was the correct one. I immediately received an e-mail with my total and they arranged all the necessary requirements for install and training. The copier machine arrived actually ahead of schedule and as promised, they arranged for installation. The technician arrived the next day and performed all the tasks at hand and went further than that. He helped me put the system on my network and setup the copier for scanning documents that were important to my business! Overall, I was very please with the service from Direct Source Copiers. I inquired on line elsewhere and never received any straight answers. When I called Direct Source Copiers, I was happy and relieved to hear someone on the other line that actually new what they were talking about! Direct Source Copiers took my order and delivered it fast. They had everything in stock and was professional in taking my order. The copier came the next day and all the upgrades and accessories I ordered was with it. After I received the copier, I was immediately followed up by a phone call setting the appointment to install and train myself and my staff. My overall satisfaction could not be better. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Direct Source! You are the great! Just wanted to let everyone know I was in a pinch with my copier situation. I work for an apartment management company and when my copier is broke, everything stops in my office! I called Direct Source Copiers on Friday evening and on Monday morning my copier arrived! Was I surprised! The next thing I knew, the install company was calling me and setting up my appointment for install. It was truly like clockwork! By Monday afternoon, I was back in business! I was so thrilled! Although the prices are good, I will never shop here again. I was a fool to believe the reviews which are probably placed by David himself. David was all empty promises. I ordered a Panasonic fax for my office. I had to sign the invoice which was a big mistake. The fax is not working and I can't get service since I signed their invoice that they are not responsible for it. Watch for his sweet talk. its all an act. Make sure you deal with an authorize dealer. I have placed this item in dispute with my credit card company and have received a temporary credit, which will most likely become a permanent credit. You will do better off elsewhere."

I was a little apprehensive ordering from any on-line company. But when I called Direct Source, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a service support team in place for me after I ordered a copier. Through the whole transaction, they kept me informed and when I received the copier the day it was promised, the local service rep called me and in 24 hours, I was operational! Ordered my Samsung through Direct Source and my experience was great. I first shopped around looking for a Xerox (smaller unit). When I called Direct Source, they helped me understand some of the features and spent time with me on the phone. They helped me not only with picking a copier best suited for my needs but also their prices was so superior over the other on-line companies. The prices were so good, I actually bought a bigger unit! I am so happy with my experience, I would recommend Direct Source to anybody. I ordered a Sharp copier from Direct Source and informed them I needed by our fiscal year end. They assured me it would be delivered on time. In all my years of business, I have never seen the commitment level Direct Source has to order accuracy and customer service! Their level of knowledge on copiers and faxes are far superior than those other on line companies I called. The gentleman (Klatz) who reviewed this merchant on Nov 19 2005 was right on. This merchant is exactly what Klatz had explained. I ignored the negative reviews and figured to give this fellow, David, a chance. It did not work. The only fast service they provide is charging your credit card. After that, you are on your own. They will never follow through with the order, you have to call them if you want to know exactly what happen to your order and be ready to listen to different excuses each time you call. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS VENDOR!

Our company had a very negative experience with Direct Source. The invoice stated they would pay for installation but they have not, despite numerous requests. We also wanted a sorter and they promised us one. But after waiting weeks, they tell us we that they are no longer available, but they did charge us for it. We are still waiting for the charges to be reversed!

Terrible cusomer service. Sold me something that did not meet my requirements, would nat take it back and told me to deal with it. Not worth the couple nickles you may save. The setup has cost me more in th elong run that getting an system that would have met my specifications.

Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We have used Direct Source to help us refine our needs and select the appropriate copiers or faxes, based on our volume and applications. They have also helped us set up competitive local service contracts in various markets around the US. Occasionally, we have had problems with equipment (that resulted from normal operations), and they have stood behind their equipment and helped us deal with the manufacturer or service provider to solve our problem promptly.

We purchased a new Panasonic copier from Direct Source Copiers in August, 2005. Prior to finalizing the purchase, we priced this same copier with a few other competitors - Direct Source was substantially less expensive for the same delivered product. In addition, Direct Source worked closely with a local tech to install and train our staff on the use of this copier. We were very pleased with the service and attention that David (owner) paid to insuring this was a pleasing experience.

I have purchased several products from Direct Source. They have been priced right & delivered on time. There follow up is terrific. I am on the east coast and even though Direct Source is out west, they are always in by 9:00 est. It's really refreshing to talk to someone in the United States versus India when calling at off hours. You never get that problem with Direct Source. I recommend them highly.

David questioned me first about my printing needs and then recommended a product for my application. He was right, the machine suits my business very well. I saved around $1,200 compared to quotes from local suppliers. There were shipping delays and misinformation in regards to shipping the order from the manufacturer, but my opinion is that this was beyond the control of Direct Source. In the end, I am very happy with my purchase experience.
