I've been using discountpetdrugs.com for going on 5 years now.  I order from them maybe 4 times per year.

Never once have I had a problem.  I regularly order Pancreved for my dog, as well as glucosamine stuff, and chews and toys.  When I need shampoos and such, I order it through them, too, but that is far less often.

The Pacreved required a prescription, which, if I recall, they did call to verify, and that took 2 days since my vet office takes a 2 hour lunch break every day and they didn't hook up.  That was inconvenient since my dog really needs the pancreved otherwise we're cleaning up runny messes.

I also ordered acepromazine with a Rx, and there was no delay whatsoever, but I think I faxed them the Rx instead of waiting for them to call the vet.

Orders arrive in about 3-4 business days like clockwork.

I'm amazed at the bad reviews, since my experience for years has been different.  In fact, I've sent a few friends and family members to them to buy stuff for their own pets.  Never heard anything bad.

I guess my suggestion would be for those ordering a prescription, fax it in with your order number on it.  It doesn't make sense to expect them to play phone tag with your vet.
