Terrible - awful. Promises made that did not deliver.

Terrible (and quite frankly I'm not that picky). Will never shop here again. I ordered two backpacks for my high school students. The promised date on the email confirmation was 8/9/2007. No confirmation email at that point, so I called customer service on 8/11/2007. Person I spoke to said item showed shipped, but that she would confirm within 24-48 hours. On 8-13-2007 I called back, as I had not received a call or email. The representative then told me that she had no idea if my order had or had not been shipped from their supplier - it just showed 'in warehouse'. She then offered to cancel the order as she had no idea when it would get to me, and I explained that my children expected the back packs to use for school (started school 8/13). She stated that if by any chance I received the backpacks in the interim, I should call to return (no tracking? They don't even know where their orders are? ) Very disappointed that a) they promised a date they could not deliver, and did not bother to notify me the date would be pushed out b) when I called customer service they had no clue on order status or delivery.
Will never shop here again.
