I have some concerns about this company.

I believe e-bags online store has a tremendous selection of bags and I appreciate the fact that there are always detailed descriptions of the merchandise, particularly the size. Photographs also show clearly what the items look like by themselves and on a model so that the customer can make an informed decision.
What I am less satisfied with is e-bags return policy which they call 'hassle-free'. The two occasions I have returned bags I have had to wait over 7 days for a UPS label to be issued to me. Customer Service was rude when I called to express concern over the delay for the first bag. When the label became available it was not e-mailed to me as they stated it would be. It was only available on my account on their website and I was not told that. I did send the bag back UPS and e-bags did pay the cost but the item was sent back on December 29th and has yet to leave UPS by today, the 6th of January. Tracking comments indicate that the bag now has a rescheduled delivery date of January 13th which will mean that almost one entire month has gone by between my requesting a return label and having the bag received back by e-bags. I am guessing that it will take additional time for the return to be processed and the refund given, an unacceptable time for this company to tie up a large sum of my money. I am still waiting for the second label to be issued for the other bag I bought.
Another small complaint I have is that e-bags says you can earn a 20% discount on your next bag by reviewing a recent purchase you have made from them. But their site has most of their merchandise at 20% off for much of the year and you cannot get free shipping with this discount. So the shipping cost eats into much of your discount.
