They need to improve the tracking system but the fault lies with USPS. They need to use UPS or FedEx to get a good tracking system but the cost may not be worth it. Tracking with USPS is almost non-existent!

Order was placed and I received an e-mail; shortly thereafter indicating a slight delay. A ship date was provided about one wek away. Two weeks later I had still not received the product and had not heard further from eBatts. I e-mailed them requesting a new ship date. I was then told the battery was out of stock and a new ship date was provided. I am still waiting.

I ordered my batteries on the 17th of September. I emailed the company on the 22nd, asking them if the order had shipped. According to their website order tracking, the items were packed/loaded on the 18th. They informed me on the 22nd that they had finally shipped. I opted for their free shipping option, which showed a shipping time of 7 to 10 days. My order did not ship until 5 days after I placed my order. I feel this is unacceptable. On top of that, the shipping time is still 7 to 10 days. Great prices for the products, but beware. Only order from them if you can afford to wait 2 to 3 weeks to receive your items.
