I was requested to prove that I am myself ! I had to send them copies of my passport, credit card and a authorization form. I felt like I was trying to steal something out their virtual store ! After I did, the item shipped and was received ok. The shopping experience was fine. The problem is that the battery I received does not hold a charge and I have to return it. This is obviously a complete pain and will cost me in the long run because a) I will have to pay to return the battery, 2)then wait to get my money back and 3) I have lost use of the handset on my telephone for an extended period.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
