Bought from a ebay store (power seller) that was advertising a 10' X 10' gazebo replacement canopy. Since this one was the first site I had tried to order from and I needed one, I thought I'd give them a try. Figured that since my gazebo was 10' X 10' and the seller claimed most this size have smaller gazebo covers, it would probably work. The seller sent me his bogus product quickly and I received it. It didn't fit. That's when the fun started. Emailed the seller immediately when his stated size of 116" was only 112" on the one I received. He basically told me I was stuck with it and I would not receive a refund. I warned him that I needed to return the item and wanted my money back or I would leave a negative feedback. It wasn't a threat, but was action I was willing to take to get my money back. Ebay locked my out of leaving a negative feedback. Tried 5 time and when I went to leave the negative feedback. The system was down! Imagine that.. 5 times in a row. They have to protect their power sellers. Still in the process of getting my charge card reversed with Paypal, but I'm sure they'll screw me too since its owned by ebay. Skip this online auction forum and headaches, and buy from a reputable website or store. Nothing fun about being ripped off!
