Buyer Beware! I ordered 6 "in stock" textbooks from ecampus on August 7th - I had every reason to expect delivery before the start of school. In a confirmation email, ecampus stated that the expected shipment date of all items would be no later than August 16th and the expected delivery date of all items would be no later than August 22nd - some were promised before that date. However, after the order was placed, I was notified by email that one "in stock" item had been deleted from my order by ecampus due to "unavailability". Another "in stock" item took almost 2 weeks for ecampus to locate. None of the items ordered were received by August 22nd (the expected delivery date) - today is August 24 and none of the items have arrived - a recent email from ecampus stated that delivery could be up to 14 days after shipment. Even though I received an email from ecampus stating that all remaining items had been shipped via USPS on August 18th, 4 out of 5 items were not even shipped until August 22nd. A request from me on August 17th for expedited shipping at no further cost to me was denied via a customer service representative. Repeated phone calls and emails to ecampus had no effect - even though several of the books were ready for shipment. I would not use ecampus in the future nor would I recommend them. Customer service was unhelpful and requests to speak with a supervisor were denied. Delivery time was not as promised so books will not be received before school starts. "In stock" items were misrepresented. Overall - a bad experience.
