Bad experience. Price is too good to be true.  No Returns. Beware.
Its been 3 days since I placed my order and they have not "released" it form the credit department despite 4 calls to customer service and giving them the phone number of the bank that issued the card.  Worst online company ever.

The website seems ok, but it isn't.  the prices are about 50% less than anywhere else, primarily because most of the stuff is refurbished and they accept NO returns. Initially I had found a viable web company to buy those various electronics that I need but alas no.  ecost is a bad company that provides unrelaiable service and operate as if they do not want business.  I think the stuff I bought is fake or not available - though it listed as available, and they have stalled my order because they cannot fulfill it. 

I do not like the policy that they do not process my order right away but require some very slow process to process it.  Makes no sense.  All the credit verification stuff is something a computer can do in about 30 seconds or less so they celarly do not want my business - and they will never get business from me again!
