This merchant suddenly, and without any prior notice, canceled my order. They alleged that it was cancelled due to “problems with the delivery address.” But they did not make any efforts to attempt to resolve the alleged problem by contacting me by e-mail or by phone, prior to their sudden and abrupt cancellation.

There should have been no such delivery problems in the first place. The building in which I live was constructed originally in 1929, and it has not been moved, nor has it changed its street address. I continue to occupy the same apartment there for forty years now. During that time, I have been receiving regular shipments from many other merchants, using many different couriers (Federal Express, UPS, USPS, D. H. L., etc.) I have never had an incident where there was any kind of delivery difficulty.

Merchant did refund purchase price in full, through credit to my Pay Pal account. However, this non-delivery caused a considerable delay in my acquiring this merchandise. If I had purchased this merchandise from some other merchant, I would have already had it in my possession, and able to use the product by now.

I can only imagine what the real reason for the cancellation was.
