Painful experience

I ordered an item from etronics.com that I needed as soon as possible for a show. I placed the order on a Monday and paid over $40.00 for next day air shipping since I needed the item quickly. The Etronics website showed the item that I ordered was in stock and ships within 24 hours. As it turns out, the item did not ship out until Friday. That is 96 hours to ship and not 24 hours. The item finally arrived on Monday, one week later. I contacted etronics several times over the course of the week to no avail. They simply said it was on its way and on Monday when I asked for a partial refund of shipping charges due to the delay, they simply replied with the UPS website status showing the item had been delivered.
Check them out on the Better Business Bureau website for the Brooklyn, NY area. The Better Business Bureau has kicked them out due to so many consumer complaints. I wish I had done my research on them before ordering. Maybe I can save you from the same painful experience by suggesting that you do the research. They are NOT a reputable company.
