I have previously used Etronics and have been very pleased with their pricing and speed in shipping.  I placed an order 5 days ago, called Etronics toll free number to verify the items were in stock and was told they would ship the next day.

5 days later nothing has been shipped.  When I emailed them (the site says you will get a response within 5 hours, but it is generic response with no relevant information)

So I called them and spoke to a customer service rep who said UPS was not picking up products until today (sure) but he assured me the items would ship today.

Now I just got an email saying the manufacturer has been slow to ship the items to Etronics & that they will ship as soon as they receive them (i.e. – Etronics didn’t have them) tried calling, and they are closed for the day (3:00 pm)

If you try and cancel – they will charge you a 15%  re-stocking fee –even though they don’t have the item in stock!!

Bottom line – when they say an item is in stock in their warehouse --  beware !!  they have certainly lied to me.   I am sad to say – I will never use Etronic’s again  -
