I palced an order with them on a Saturday for an item that advertised free shipping, however, when I clicked the place order button it charged me $59.93 for shipping! I immediately emailed the company because they do NOT provide a phone number and asked to have either the entire shipping amount refunded or cancel my order. They replied on Monday and said I was charged for 2 day shipping and refunded me $34.99, the difference between ground shipping and 2 day shipping. I replied again that same day and again reitterated that I wanted the entire amount refunded OR my order cancelled. When they replied to this message on Tuesday they said, sorry it has already shipped and I could refuse the order when it arrived, BUT that they would not refund the shipping cost!

I call this false advertising and fraud with a company that has NO integrity and won't stand behind what they advertise...

This website is deceiving and false advertisement.  I order a product from them and the product was in stock according to their website.  I waited for over 2 weeks and did not receive my product, so I email them.  I got an email back, informed me that the product is in back order and should be in within 5 to 7 days and they will shipped to me.  I waited for 2 more weeks before I contacted them.  This time, they told me, "We are sorry but we have unexpectedly run out of the item that you ordered and do not expect to have more in stock any time soon. We have no choice then but to cancel your order immediately."
Right now, their website said that the product is in stock available for shipping.  The price is higher. I ordered the product at a lower price.  They did not want to honor their initial advertised price.  This incident happened to so many people already.  If you read the review in here, you can see that this problem occurred more frequently with this online merchant.  Don't shop at this website (Etronic.com).  Don't waste your time with this online merchant

I ordered in-stock item with quoted delivery 5 days later. On the quoted delivery date i got an email from etronics saying that the item was out of stock even though their website still listed it as in-stock. It took several emails to get them to verify that my order was canceled. Impossible to reach on the phone during business hours. Emails answered in 24hrs. Don't waist your time. Pay a bit more and go to a reputable dealer.

Buyer Beware. They will bate you with a lower price than others, say it is availabile but then not have it. They will send you emails stating it is temporarily out of stock and will be available in 3-5 days. I waited a month for a Samsung Wall Mount that never did come. I had to request my money back. This is the first and last transaction this company will see from me. Don;t waste your time with this outfit!

This was a good place to buy form and the product was not to shabby too. Okay so I may be the only person here in the 21st centry that still has some VHSs'. Well that being the case I must say this was a great purchase. The VHS player shows great, and the DVD recorder is fantastic quality. I have been moving all of my VHS tapes to DVD's finally. And it was needed. I have over 700 VHS's. So I was not going to start over.

Delivery was great ! Got it sooner than expected. I would purchase from Etronics again in a flash. Just wish I knew how to post on their website. The Weber grill cover I bought is just awful ! Webers problem, NOT Etronics. Weber thought it would be a good idea to put "vent" holes in the TOP of the grill cover. Claims the cover isn't to protect it from rain and snow.....NO, it's to protect it from DUST !!!! I think the NEW version will be made WITHOUT the vent holes. At least that's what customer service at Weber thinks. Weber told me to hold on to this one, and call them in Jan. to see if I can get it exchanged.

Etronics has been a complete disappointment. They change their story every time I call them, and I have waited and waited for them when they put me on hold.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have received the wrong product and simply cannot get a refund for the difference after I sent the wrong product back.

Etronics personal are dishonest, rude, and profoundly incompetent. Customer service is a complete joke. They will tell you whatever they feel will get rid on you, and then when you call them back, the whole stupid process starts over. It is really hard to believe that people can be so mean, self-centered, and untruthful. I don't know how people like this can live with themselves. The whole experience has soured me to online transactions when you cannot tell if the business is honest or not. The reason their prices can be lower sometimes is because they later rip you off if you have a problem.

I bought two Yamaha speakers from them. The boxes arrived by UPS completely mangled, one of the speakers had obviously spent some time outside the box... I returned them immediately, and that is when the trouble started. Normally a reputable company will ship out replacements after UPS tells them the goods were damaged and being returned, not these guys. You would think they would send out a replacement after they receive the damaged goods, nope, not these guys. 10 days *AFTER* they received the damaged goods, and still nothing. I finally gave up, cancelled the order, and opened up a dispute with my CC.

I am pretty sure they shipped the speakers in an old box, the new ones have strapping on both ends. In 30 yrs of getting various stuff from UPS, I have never seen a box arrive in such a shape. Worse, Etronics does not stand behind it. Avoid these guys at all costs, not worth the hassle.

My order was acknowledged quickly, packaged very well and shipped within a few days of the order. It arrived in excellent shape and came with an instruction manual and warranty registration card. This power supply works extremely well and has become an item of many uses in my RC hobby shop. We received a defective meat grinder and the replacement worked fine, however we were informed we had to pay the return postage for the defective grinder. That happened to be an error and when my poor review was noticed by etronics, they refunded our shipping. They also stated that they would look into why the grinder we received was labeled a 200 watt motor but described on their web page as an 800 watt motor.

I've ordered from Etronics before. As before, the product arrived quickly and I got a great price too. Can't find Dynamat Extreme any cheaper and in stock anywhere else. They have a broad selection of items, their website is easy to navigate through and ordering from them is fast. I would definitely order from Etronics again.

I was very happy with the service. The product was just as advertised and shipping was fast. The price was the lowest I could find at the time and the product was brand new and in factory sealed box.The Braun Pulsonic 9585CC Shaver is the best electric razor I have ever used...I have tried to use electric razors in the past but could never get a close shave. This is the closest shave and it is fast,, the self cleaning system makes using the shaver that much easier. Having a clean and sterile shaver each morning is automatic with the cleaning system. The system refills are readily available and moderately priced. The blade lasts up to 18 months before having to be replaced.. so it will cost less to use then a hand held disposable blade system.

Back in January of this year, I purchased a Nikon D70s Kit from Etronics. Paid a little under $800.00. In September of 2007, the LCD monitor failed and I sent the camera to Nikon for warranty service. Nikon informed me that the camera is "gray market". Not meant for sale in the USA. It has no warranty and Nikon will not repair it even if I paid them. Etronics indicates that they never claimed the camera came with a warranty!!! Uhh ok. But its gray market and they never mentioned that either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Purchased unit because product description said would play CDs. When unit failed to play CDs as advertised (unstated additional equipment requirement of attached TV) the 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee turned into a no return, no exchange, no way.
Customer satisfaction not a priority for these turkeys. Mean spirited and irrational defense of company policies.

I found a good price on a Braun KF580-W AromaDeluxe coffee maker at Etronics. Site said “in stock, usually ships in 24 hours.“ I question whether it truly was in stock since it took more like 48 hours to ship and there was no way to check the status of my order in the interim. Once it shipped, tracking information was provided. The coffee maker arrived in good shape and was what I ordered. It just took longer than I was led to believe.

I will likely order from this vendor again, but it would not be my first choice. I have had better customer service - in terms of being informed about what is going on regarding my order - from other sites.
