Absolutely great customer service response. Item had a small broken piece from shipping, they replaced the entire fan housing, immediately after my call to them. Asked me to set up the product to see if there were any other problems, which there are not and I received a shipment notice the next day that the replacement is on the way. Amazing, no hastle, no arguing, no nonsense. I will continue to buy from them and recommend them to others.

The product did not work when I opened the box. I called KAZ and was put on hold and 3 minutes later I got hung up on. This was repeated 4 times. I emailed them and got a return email that said it would be 2 days before they would address my problem. Nothing yet. I would say the whole situation has been handled terribly!

I am very pleased with the communication skills of Stacy who helped me out over the phone so that is why I say "Excellent". And I really liked that she called me to keep me posted. She really went above and beyond the typical customer service of today's times. The website however does not explain clearly that p.o. boxes are not included in the "standard" delivery and not until after the product is paid did I get the information that UPS was being used. Also the product I bought said on the website that the ingredient Tricloson was included as an antibacterial. I was after this product because I wanted this ingredient. However, the product I received does not at all fit the description on the website as it does not have the key ingredient mentioned, Tricloson. So that is a dissapointment and I suggest the website be corrected on this products description. Again though, the communication over the phone with Stacy has been very helpful and she intercepted and corrected the order to let UPS know that the address had to be changed from P.O. box to a physical address. Impressive interception!

The store where I wanted to purchase was out and the wait would be a week or more (only place I could find this part). I ordered online and got it faster (no gas and time involved) and a bit cheaper. It came within a couple of days. Will definitely go back online when I need wicks and air filters the next time. It was so much easier than running around to different stores looking for these things. I was really pleasantly surprised!
