i ordered a set of filters for our honeywell air filter that was not working...in the hopes that the filters would remedy the situation. unfortunately, the filters did not fit well, and the machine still did not work.....and once you open the box, even if the filters don't fit and you don't use them....you cannot return them:-( the return policy is not printed anywhere on the invoice. you have to look it up on the website. after i complained and talked to a CS manager, they made an exception and took back the filters.  i *really* appreciated it, but i am a little hesitant to order filters again.

I ordered a humidifier filter for an old humidifier that I have.  The website was very helpful in letting me know which humidifier filters would fit the model that I had.
I ordered the filter and received it by mail within three days.

What really pleased me was the careful packaging and shipping. Other places I've ordered from have come to me in bashed up boxes with no padding. These were properly shipped and I appreciate it. Also, the price was good. The promptness of the shipping and delivery were outstanding. I highly rate this vendor.

The humidifier stopped working after 7-10 days use. Motor stopped working, no mist generated. Tried sevearl times, but on/off switch will not activate.
