Terrific selection, and prices, and receive additional discount. Great shipping options. They ship the products hours after ordering, EVERY time!! Others like Vitacost, Luckyvitamin wait more than 24 hours to process your order, although I live on East coast, and iherb is on the West their speedy process surpases the online retailers that are even in my home state (Luckyvitamin)!

I've been buying vitamins at iherb.com for years.  I have NEVER has a problem with them.  Their prices are unbeatable and shipping is very reasonable (free if over $60.00).  I usually receive my order in just a few days and I live just about on the other side of the country from them. Their product selection is huge and is always very fresh.

Overall very good products and service. The live chat I found very helpful for queries. However a word of warning for anyone who is to buy from the UK, I had to pay an extra £13.05 on top of my order (value of my order was only about £40.00) so it worked out very expensive. This was to do with import tax etc, which is explained on the site if you look around, but was not made clear at check out which would have been helpful and then I would not have ordered from them.

The prices are good but there are better places. What I went to Iherb.com for was their customer service. HOWEVER, recently I paid an extra 9.00 to get my order in two days. I placed my order on a Wednsday and did not receive it till the Monday very late. I've shopped many places online and most notified me if my order did not make the cutoff to receive my order in a timely manner especially since I paid the extra 9.00 to receive Friday.

They took their time processing my order, they never notified me it wouldn't be received Friday.

And, their customer service is ran by canned responses from them which is only upsetting me more. They're ridiculous. There are better places with very comparable pricing ... house of nutrition for example.

There are a few online herbal/supplement vendors I've ordered from many times that I completely trust, but they didn't have what I wanted this time, so I searched and decided to try iherb.com.  Looks like it was my mistake.

I placed the order.  They *said* they shipped, but it never showed up in my mailbox.  After many online orders from various herbal vendors, this is the first time a vendor said they shipped and delivered something I never received.  Now I get the hassle of reversing the credit card charge and finding someone who will actually send what I need..  What a pain.
