The only thing I am disappointed in, is the shipping. The package has been sitting in Wyoming, Michigan (I live in Milford, Michigan) since Friday early morning and it says it is not being delivered until TUESDAY, NOV 6! It's just sitting on some truck somewhere in hold until Nov 6th, it's already in Michigan, since Friday and it's maybe 3 hours from me, there is no reason for it to not be here on Monday, but UPS is DELIVERING it Tuesday. Sometimes a day really does make the difference. I remember using Iherb for many years and the last 2 times the shipping has been too long and expensive. It IS getting much to expensive to even go the 2 day ship. Loyal customers should get their products faster to keep us satisfied. This is just my humble opinion. Tracie Szakal DocTracie2@aol.com

There was no date of delivery noted. The package noted "First Class" and I thoutht it a little slow - order date 17 Oct. & receipt date 22 Oct. I thought it odd that Vitamin Cottage here said they used to carry it, but the headquarters pulled it from the shelves recently. It took some searching to find someone who sold it. But I found you! I love how I can just pull up any past order at iHerb, even several at a time, combining them to make my new order. Then, I just delete the items I don't need and place my order. It is so quick and easy, plus the prices are great and the shipping is fast...why bother going anywhere else?

They are very co-operative at customer service. Some of the products were damaged and they actually just told me not to worry and sent replacements! The only draw back to shopping with them is that their shipping was VERY high. To get priority mail on a $50 order it cost me over $26! If I had taken UPS it would have been about $7 but it was coming across in the heat from souther CA to FL... Not good for raw and natural items.
