I ordered a set of pyrex storage bowls in mid-July I received a confirmation a few days later and then a UPS tracking number which meant absolutely nothing. The UPS message indicated that the merchandise would be received July 24. However, all it ever said was that billing information had been received. It was never shipped.

I sent numerous e-mails which were never answered. I finally got a real live person and he gave me such a run-around. Mr. Innocence in person!

I waited a couple more weeks and finally spoke with someone else. Told her I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. She said that my card would be credited in a couple of days and the refund would show up on my bank statement. NOT!!!!!! I did receive an e-mail stating that the order had been cancelled but still no refund. I finally got back in touch with them and demanded my refund. I then received an e-mail stating that they had issued the credit and I would get a discount on my next order. I certainly would never order anything from them even if I couldn't find the item elsewhere.

I'll check with my bank in a few days to see if the credit actually happened. If not, I'll take further action. It is against the law to take someone's money under false pretenses.
