The only problem ..... I previously checked off one item, then went back to change to another item. Upon check out, both items were charged to my account. There was a notice that once checked out, there was no recourse, so I ended purchasing two of the exact same item, one was a demonstrator, the other an actual retail item. I would have preferred to have the opportunity to change my mind!!!

I think that I have ordered three times from LJShopping.Net. The first order arrived in a timely manner, and I was happy with the quality of the perfumes. I have not received the second order yet, and it seems to be taking unusually long to get here. I just placed the third order, so I'm not expecting it yet. The shipping is free, which is one of the reasons that I shop with LJShopping.Net. Plus, the prices for the perfume are some of the best I've found on the Internet. So, I don't mind waiting a little extra longer to get designer fragrances at unbeatable prices and with free shipping. If one wants an order sooner, that option is available for a price. So far, I've been very happy with my purchases. The perfumes were boxed and in cellophane wrapping. I shop around a lot, and I didn't find better prices on the Internet or in local stores. Only one item did I find at a better price at a local TJ Maxx; however, that perfume (Bijan) didn't have the cellophane wrapping on the box. I can give a better assessment once I receive the next two orders. Thank you for seeking my opinion and for making it so easy for me to give my opinion.

I did not receive all items, but I emailed the store and got the reply the next day. So as soon as the item is in-stock again, I am supposed to receive it with free shipment. I still have everything untouched until Christmas, but the boxes seem to be authentic and not demaged.

I wrote to find out about the order. I was told it was out of stock and would be arrive in a few days. They wanted to know if I wanted a refund. I said to hold it and charge the item when it was shipped. They said OK, and it was. Satisified with service on this order.

The item is advertise @ 52% off list price, I purchased two items, and third item to get their free shipping. Nothing was ever shipped, I got an email that main item is out of stock a week later! It sounds to me like the old bait and switch. The item is still listed as available on thier web site!! emailed and called, good luck in talking to anyone.

Great price, but didn't receive any notices about shipment until today. The package arrived yesterday. The website didn't give any info except that a tracking number had been issued. I was starting to worry that what I ordered was out of stock. It arrived in perfect condition. I now know not to expect a lot of tracking info.....thanks!

My only criticism is that, on 2 occasions, my shipment arrived with an item omitted and marked out of stock on the enclosed invoice. Yet, in each case, their site indicated that the item was in stock and allowed me to add it to my cart. Otherwise, they are perfect in my estimation - lower prices than their online competitors, easier requirement for free shipping than their online competitors, vast selection, available inventory, incredibly prompt delivery, relatively error-free service, immediate e-mail replies consistently, user-friendly site, prompt processing of returns and credits due. To those very few who were dissatisfied with your initial experience with LJ, do yourselves a favor and give them another try. And to their many loyal customers, please start writing product reviews so that I don't have to keep jumping over to the Scentiments site to read theirs.
