If your like me & use online auctions a lot to bid on products you think your getting a good deal. Sometimes your getting what is specified & other times your not.
I have been an Egghead/Onsale auction customer for over a year & have experienced some bad problems with them. Most of the time when I bid on an item from Egghead/Onsale I get it on time. Only problem is that the item isn't exactly like it is made out to be when you read the description of the item on their website before bidding on it.
On 3 occasions I have bid on items that have said they were brand new with the full manufacturers warranty. When I received the product through UPS I found the product to be refurbished & only having a partial warranty. I contacted Egghead/Onsale & they offered to refund my money, but I had to ship the item back to them. Since it was their mistake saying the item was new & then it was refurbished you would think they would pay to have the item picked up. Well, I have had them pay for taking the item back once & the other two times I had to pay to return the item myself.
My suggestion is just be careful when you bid from Egghead/Onsale since you never know what your going to receive till you get the package. Just keep your fingers crossed is your best bet.
