I called to get dimensional information on a product. Craig had to the call the factory to get the information for me. He called me back when he got the information. His service was excellent. Fair selection, prices are excelent. Desk was exactly as advertised and arrived with no damage. It was shipped directly from Bush through a freight carrier. Delivery was delayed due to problems with the freight carrier and we ended up meeting the truck at one of it's stops to pick up our order because it was Friday and we didn't want to wait until the following week to get it. This wasn't Shopmainstreets fault, it was the carrier's fault they couldn't deliver at the scheduled time. Overall, great merchant and we will deal with them again in the future.

When I received my package to put the package up there was no hardware in the box to do so. Also the other package was sent back because of damage to the box. I will never order another product from this company ever. I still have not received the replaccement and I have not received the hardware that was sopposed to be sent to me.

The item was back ordered so I had to call to make sure the item would be available before a 3 yr old birthday. We watched the tracking to see of any progress and it was never updated. The item was sitting on our door step before we were aware it was shipped. A good problem to have, but it wasn't good to have a large, expensive item sitting outside for quite awhile. I mainly had trouble first with receiving the tracking number as promised, and then with UPS. they lost the package and it didn't arrive when it was suppose to and it caused me a major inconvenience. The people I phoned at the store were fine though. Except for not getting me the shipping number when promised, all else was fine.
