Very poor color reddition (a phone call addmitted a problem with this product and requested return of order - this cost added return cost and wasted time). I feel this problem should have been caught BEFORE shipping to customers!

I was a little worried at first. I ordered Canon CLI series cartridges w/chip. They arrived as schedualed. I have been using them for a week so far and the ink supply is just fine. The colors are excellent. And all this for a third of the retail price. It is a no brainer. I recommend this store highly.

I am confused. Evidently my original order was to one company but it came from another store. I bought a number of cartridges for my Epson NX300 as they offered a deal on 3 of each color and (I think) 5 black.  They all came quickly and I inserted them in the machine and initially they worked well.  The colors were fine, and they had no tendency to require frequent cleaning.
However, after about 2 months, the printer wouldn't print and I would get messages that it didn't recognize the cartridges.  I called 4inkjets and they said to remove and reinstall the cartridges that were not recognized.  I ended up having to remove and reinstall many of them for 50 or 60 times over the next month or so. Each time that the printer would again print, it would first have to "charge the system" consuming a lot of ink.  I tried putting in new 4inkjets cartridges with new "holders" as well as reinstalling the offending ones repeatedly.  I finally gave up and bought Epson cartridges.  The printer now works fine!  I have about 10 cartridges remaining that my machine probably won't accept.

All of the shopping experience with 4InkJets was great. But the cartridge I received is not printing in the quality that I experinced with all my previous cartridges. Even the two refilled cartridges at Wallgreens were better quality than this one from 4InkJets. - JG -
