I am attaching an email exchange I had with this company recently. After reading this you'll see that they have absolutely no integrity as far as their price guarantees. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs for giving false guarantees.

That's ridiculous. You can see it for yourselves and you won't write the deal with a discount in the place of the item? It's not like I'm trying to get over when it's advertised EXACTLY as I stated!

I have bought items from you before AND you have a price guarantee that is now proven to be a flat-out lie. It is obvious that you do not value your customers or have any integrity as far as your price guarantee.

I'll be contacting consumer affairs in Florida, California and the other states in which you do business and filing a formal complaint. There is obviously illegal price fixing happening here, with you colluding with the manufacturers that you represent. Macy's was fined $2 million for doing the same thing in my own state, and I am more than happy to get them after you.

Consider me an "ex"-customer.
